Featured on LE-MODE
Written by Robert on February 24, 2009 – 10:51 pm -
LE-MODE is a fashion blog featuring items from the runway to the subway. It uses all aspects of fashion in it’s upbeat posts. LE-MODE has featured our new “Know Your Destination” theme now available at the Envee Apparel Store.
I’m a true believer in doing what you love and bringing it out to its fullest potential. When Robert Hartland, owner of Envee Apparel, let me know about his brand, I knew that he takes pride in what he does and loves everything about it. It was this belief that created Envee’s first collection entitled ‘Know Your Destination’.

Louis Vuitton to Celebrate Sprouse Collection
Written by Robert on January 6, 2009 – 2:28 pm -
Like the artist and designer who inspired the new collection, Louis Vuitton is heading downtown for its new Stephen Sprouse collection.
This week, the company’s boutique on SoHo’s Greene Street will be transformed into a Sprouse destination in time for the collection’s arrival.
“SoHo is a special place for the entire launch of the Sprouse collection,” said Daniel Lalonde, Louis Vuitton North America president and chief executive officer. “It’s in the proximity of where Stephen Sprouse hung out, so we are going to give the entire store a Stephen Sprouse feel. It will have a lot of reminders of Stephen Sprouse. We will be giving it a new identity.”
For instance, the company is wrapping the store in vinyl and spray painting neon graffiti all over the facade. The window display will feature a 6-foot neon light installation in Sprouse’s Rose motif. The store’s interior, enhanced with black brick wall facing, will also be sprayed with the neon graffiti. Joanne Gair is an artist and image maker who has emerged as the premiere make-up artist/body painter in the world. Originally from New Zealand, Gair had a keen interest in art photography and exploring different mediums, which is what eventually led her down the path as an illusionist and to the United States.
As a make-up artist and body painter, Gair has worked worldwide with the top photographers, directors, super models and celebrities. Her work spans all media, with many memorable editorial covers and layouts, fashion campaigns, advertising, music videos, commercials and motion pictures to her credit.

LED Fashion
Written by Robert on August 1, 2008 – 7:00 am -EroGear is an LED clothing startup that embeds bright, eye-burning lights in otherwise drab cotton. And while their current LED jackets look perfect for late night runners and bicyclists, EroGear is actually courting a different group given the high price tag—the DJ who’s looking to distinguish himself in a dark nightclub. The only downside is that since EroGear’s fashion is still “in the design phase,” custom LED jackets as seen in this clip cost about $1,500 a pop.

Preview Photos Coming Soon!
Written by Robert on July 28, 2008 – 7:48 am -While we apologize for the delay, we have been working very hard on the new line and will have preview photos for you soon. The line will include a mens a womens line.
In the meantime we no longer wanted to keep anyone waiting on the hottest fashion and design news. We will continue our posting but not at the rate we had been previously. We will only be able to commit to 4 daily posts until the new line is out.
Recently I went to Las Vegas and stayed at the MGM Grand. I have a friend that works there and she was able to let me in with a promotional rate that landed me in the Celebrity Spa Suite for 5-days. What an amazing room. We were on the 19th floor and could see most of the strip. I don’t know if any of you have stayed at the MGM, but with the class and style of that Hotel I do not think I will ever stay anywhere else! Check the pics below of 694 sq. ft. of pure style.
STAY TUNED!
